June 1989 Opened the Gochaku Steel Distribution Center in Bessho-cho, Himeji
July 1991 Opened the Nagoya Sales Office
April 1992 Opened the Himeji Sales Office, changed the name of the Osaka Sales Office to the Osaka Branch and changed the name of the Tokyo Office to the Tokyo Sales Office
August 1992 Established Yohkoh Steel Co., Ltd. (wholly owned subsidiary)
January 1995 Opened the Kyushu Sales Office
April 1995 Opened the Materials Sales Office at Sanyo Special Steel Co., Ltd.
July 1997 Changed the name of the Tokyo Sales Office to the Tokyo Branch
November 1997 Established Kyushu Metals Co., Ltd. (33% ownership stake)
July 1999 Merged with Yohkoh Steel Co., Ltd. and opened the Osaka Branch (Osaka Steel Distribution Center)
October 1999 Changed the name of the Nagoya Sales Office to the Nagoya Branch and changed the name of the Himeji Sales Office to the Nishinihon Branch
October 2000 Acquired the remaining in Kyushu Metals Co., Ltd., making it a wholly-owned subsidiary
May 2001 Relocated the Nagoya Branch to Minami-Shibata-machi, Tokai and opened the Nagoya Steel Distribution Center
April 2002 Relocated the Materials Sales Office to the head office
June 2004 Obtained company-wide ISO9001 certification
January 2005 Merged with Kyushu Metals Co., Ltd. and opened the Kyushu Branch (Kyushu Steel Distribution Center)
September 2007 Relocated the Nishinihon Branch (Gochaku Steel Distribution Center) to the head office and changed the name to the Himeji Sales Office (Himeji Steel Distribution Center) of the Osaka Branch
July 2008 Changed the name of the Himeji Sales Office of the Osaka Branch to the Nishinihon Branch
September 2008 Relocated the Nagoya Branch (Nagoya Steel Distribution Center) to Nawa-machi, Tokai
May 2011 Relocated the head office to Chuo-ku, Osaka and reorganized the Osaka Branch as the Head Office Sales Department
October 2011 Relocated the Nishinihon Branch to Noda-cho, Shikama-ku, Himeji
May 2012 Relocated the Raw Material & Supply Department to Sanyo Special Steel Co., Ltd.
Closed the Himeji Steel Distribution Center
July 2017 Relocated the Nishinihon Branch to Toyozawa-cho, Himeji
April 2019 Relocated the Nishinihon Branch to the Head Office and absorbed into the Head Office
May 2019 Relocated the Tokyo Branch to Kayaba-cho, Nihonbashi
